1. Burpees:-
The burpee, a squat thrust with an additional stand between repetitions, is a full body exercise used in strength training. The movement itself is primarily an anaerobic exercise, but when done in succession over a longer period can be utilized in as an aerobic exercise.

2.Side Jump :-
Bend your knees and hips to lower yourself into a quarter-squat position. Perform an explosive vertical jump with a lateral movement to your side. Repeat this jump toward the opposite side and continue this movement back and forth for the desired amount of repetitions.

3. Knee Cross Oblique:-
A cross of oblique lines, in the shape of the Latin letter X, is also termed a saltire in heraldic terminology. The cross in its various shapes and forms was a symbol of various beliefs. In pre-Christian times it was a pagan religious symbol throughout Europe and western Asia.

4. Jump Squats:-
Jump squats are the power-packed HIIT version of squats. They are also known as squat jumps. This exercise works on your glutes, lower abs, and leg muscles. Squat jumps and their variations help shed fat from the lower body, tone your butt and legs, and improve strength and balance
