Back in Final CBT a year and a half ago, miHoYo made physical atk DMG so powerful more over, Xiangling Charged attack mechanic were so broken, her charged attack acted like a drill, so whenever she did a lunge attack, she will be damaging the enemies no matter how much the enemies are, if miHoYo still using this setup I believe there is nobody want to waste their Freemogems or Free Primogems to pull a character banner especially for an F2P Players..
