All that worrying for what? 😣 You made it thru Monday 😎

Look at you! Another Monday is done already.

And I bet you spent plenty of your precious weekend time worrying about what was going to happen today.

I wish there was actually a way to track how many minutes that we waste when our mind drifts away from the present and starts going down those endless rabbit holes of worry.

You have a Fitbit to track your steps during the day...

I wonder when they'll come out with the technology that will track how many minutes your mind wanders?

(Hmmm... there's a million dollar idea for you.)

I digress...

It's so funny (well, not really...more sad than anything) that we use the very time we look forward to all during the week to worry about Monday.

It's a vicious cycle.

And it doesn't have to be that way.

Did all your worrying over the weekend make any of your problems today any easier?

Nope.

Let this be a lesson for us all in mindfulness.

Mindfulness is being in (and enjoying) the present moment.

Learn to enjoy the very days that you look forward to the most.

Tomorrow will take care of itself without you worrying about it.

Now... enjoy this evening. Enjoy the fact that you made it thru another Monday.
